DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
All our packages are inclusive of travel to and from the destination. Should your wedding take place interstate or internationally we do ask that you cover our airfares and accommodation.
WHEN SHOULD WE EXPECT OUR WEDDING FILM(S)?
The expression “Rome wasn’t built in a day” is the best possible analogy to summarise this question.
We strive to create a unique visual experience for each and everyone of our couples and in order to achieve this rushing is not an option. Delivery times are often heavily influenced by the nature of the wedding season. As a general rule of thumb we allow ourselves 6 months to complete your films, however, we do aim to have all films finalised 4 months post wedding*.
*Teasers are delivered within 14 days post wedding.
WHAT IF I ONLY WANT ONE VIDEOGRAPHER?
We are a package deal and it’s not a case of separation anxiety but rather it’s in the best interest of you guys as the couple. All our packages account for the two of us which ultimately reflects on the films we produce. We capture twice as much as a solo operator and that’s the way we like it!
WE’RE NOT BIG FANS OF BEING IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA…
Neither are we! We’ve been models for a few styled shoots and workshops and we know what it feels like. Our approach, as cliche as it sounds, is very much “come as you are”. We achieve this by simply blasting some music during our bridal/couple portrait sessions and with a couple of drinks in the system you’d be surprised at how awesome the experience is.
HOW DO YOU PICK YOUR MUSIC?
Arguably the most asked question and for good reason because it’s a great one. Unfortunately, due to copyright laws we are not allowed to use any song we’d like as we wouldn’t have the artists/record labels permission. No stress though, we have access to some bangin’ music libraries with a variety of genres to choose from.
How do we choose? Easy! We pick our music based off 3 simple questions we ask ourselves.
How do you guys as a couple interact with one another during meetings and on the day?
What was the atmosphere of the day like?
What ever you put down as the kinda music you both jam too in the questionnaire
As a general rule of thumb the raw audio from the day takes priority over the music we choose because ultimately we want to put YOU back into that day.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE DATE?
Yes, we do require a deposit of 25% of the total value of the package chosen (including add-ons) to secure your booking. This payment is non-refundable and is deducted from the total balance owed.
DO YOU USE A DRONE?
Yes, we offer drone coverage as an additional service. However, depending on weather, location and eagle nestings this may not be an option. Don’t hesitate to ask us, we’re happy to elaborate on this further.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
We recommend booking at least 18 to 12 months in advance, We take a limited amount of bookings per year. Don’t hesitate to reach out though! We offer free consultation meetings before any big decisions are made.
